Utilities
Power & Water
Power - Perdernales Electric Cooperative, Inc.
Water Source - Deep Glen Rose Formation - Maverick Basin Aquifer.
Water Well & Pump - 452-foot well with a Goulds submersible pump 100 feet off the bottom. There is a Pump Saver control. The pipeline has two back-flow preventers, one midway from the bottom and one at the top. At the top of the pipeline is a venturi to allow for slow pumping to preserve the life of the pump and not draw down the water table too quickly.
Water Storage and Sources
Water Storage - A 2,500-gallon tank is located on the north side of the garage.
Water 2nd Source - City of Austin City water hookup is available to the property but has never been accessed. The meter is next to the street at the SW corner of the property.
Septic System
The septic system (tank, piping and drain field) was replaced in January 2020. The tank is a concrete 1,000-gallon 2 compartment and is easily accessible and located east of the house.
The drain field is located northeast of the tank and runs in a straight line from west to east.
